The service
Envoy is a language-learning application. Course content, progress estimates, and time-to-fluency projections are educational guidance, not guarantees — real proficiency depends on your practice.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in-app; deletion is permanent.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse, reverse-engineer for resale, scrape, or attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that attack the service.
Content
Lesson content, the Envoy name, mark, and design are owned by SPMC. Personal, non-commercial use only. Language content for less-documented languages (e.g. Kapampangan, Cebuano) is reviewed on a best-effort basis and improved continuously — corrections are welcome.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPMC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be noted in-app.
